We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Planner to join our team on a 12-month contract.
About the Position- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support Senior Planners and the Regional Planner in planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities.
- Assist Senior Planners in defining the current programme position on all projects weekly/monthly.
- Develop tracking schedules to maintain information and control production of programmes by subcontractors.
- Support the development of baseline contract programme covering all aspects of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure that planning assumptions and decisions incorporate Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Develop construction methodology to effectively demonstrate construction techniques and sequencing for safe project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in planning and project management.
- Experience using project frame dashboard.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of industry best practices.
- Relevant degree or diploma in construction management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
