Clinical Nurse Manager II
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Manager II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while leading and managing a team of nurses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence-based approach.
- Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership.
- Quality assurance within designated area(s), overseeing and maintaining high standards of clinical practice, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Managing staffing levels, fostering staff development, and promoting practice development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities of the nursing team.
- Registered nurse on the active Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Peri-operative Qualification (desirable).
- Post Graduate course or relevant education course (desirable).
- Healthcare Management Qualification (desirable).
