About the Role
- You will take full accountability for the brand's performance, leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences, innovative propositions, and compelling campaigns.
- Manage the P&L, own the commercial roadmap, and inspire high-performing teams to deliver results in a highly competitive market.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and scaling a digital-first brand.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and empowering teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, ideally in commercial, product, or digital roles.
