Drive Revenue Growth with Innovative Design

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to play a key role in crafting, exploring and continually delivering innovative solutions and experiences.

  • As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for driving user experience and design of one of our key product areas.
  • You will develop concepts, brainstorm and create wireframes.
  • Act as the user advocate, embedding user-centered design principles and craft intelligent, cutting-edge and user-centered digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with the product team and engineers to bring these experiences to life.
  • You will also help develop, manage and refine UI pattern libraries and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A creative self-starter with 5+ years of demonstrated results in designing flows, experiences and UI for web and mobile products, preferably B2B SaaS.
  • Proficient in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, with an ability to deliver clear and easy-to-understand designs.
  • A skilled problem solver who can research and understand complex problems and deliver elegantly simple solutions.
  • Passionate about developing exceptional UX that creates raving fans.
  • Familiar and experienced with user research methodologies and testing practices.
  • Proficient with Figma and other design tools—an advantage.
  • Holding a degree in a related field (Design, Human Factor Engineering, Cognitive/Applied Psychology)—an advantage.
