Corporate Restructuring Specialist

Reach International is partnering with a global accountancy firm to recruit a Corporate Restructuring Specialist for their Dublin office.

  • Lead a large portfolio of corporate restructuring assignments in Ireland.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships, with responsibility for strategic business growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients and conduct regular client meetings.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of alternative solutions and devise effective strategies for asset portfolios.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, property experts and other key parties.
  • Manage assignments and develop team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Establish budgets, fees and billing schedules, ensuring efficient cash collection processes.
  • Represent the firm internally and externally through various initiatives.

  • Candidates must hold a recognized accounting qualification, such as ACA or ACCA.
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with exceptional communication and leadership skills are required.
