Corporate Restructuring Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and communicative professional to join our Restructuring Team in Dublin. As an expert in financial analysis and advisory services, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of assignments, ensuring the effective implementation of internal controls to manage assets and associated risks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent client service focus, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of finance, accounting, and economics is essential, along with practical experience with reconciliations, validation, and reporting.

• Assignment Management: Set up and maintain facility on internal system, manage asset overview, validate, and report for each assigned portfolio.
• Support Senior Members: Collaborate with senior members of the team to achieve strategic goals.
• Financial Data Management: Prepare and manage financial data, including bank reconciliations, cash flows, budgets, forecasts, and estimated outcome statements.
• File Maintenance: Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date files on assignments and assets are maintained.
• Strategic Solutions: Develop solutions to complex structures and issues to maximize asset realizations.
• Pre-Market Activities: Manage pre-market activities and enquiries to minimize delays in getting assets to market.
• Third-Party Relationship Management: Engage with third parties, including sales agents, legal advisors, Revenue, property advisors, project managers, potential purchasers, employees, tenants, and other professionals.
• Insolvency and Restructuring: Administer insolvency and restructuring processes across various assignment types, including receiverships, insolvent and solvent liquidations, examinerships, debt restructuring, realization of assets, attendance at meetings, preparation of notices and correspondence, employee entitlement claims, adjudication of creditor claims and rankings, and Revenue filings.
• Fee Invoicing: Draft fee invoices.
• Client Liaison: Accompany team members on visits to clients' premises/offices, liaise with clients' employees, agents, and solicitors as necessary.
• CORrespondence and Phone Calls: Handle and respond to case-related correspondence and telephone calls from stakeholders, clients, creditors, and ex-employees within acceptable timescales.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with other professionals.

• 1- 2 years' experience in Corporate Restructuring, Advisory, Insolvency, and administrations.
• Diploma/Bachelor/Master with excellence in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Excellent client service focus and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) and familiarity with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Practical experience with reconciliations, validation, and reporting.
• Flexible and adaptable to learning and taking on new tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of reading and effectively interpreting legal documentation (a plus).
• Good judgement and decision-making skills.
