We are seeking a skilled CSA Supervisor to manage the coordination of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the co-ordination of multiple work packages, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the co-ordination of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.
  • Conduct site safety management in conjunction with safety personnel.
  • Oversee site quality assurance in collaboration with the Projects team.
  • Coordinate project schedules with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineers/Architects.
  • Support tracking of project costs with the assistance of the project QS's.
  • Administer day-to-day site operations.
  • Manage sub-contractor activities, including progress tracking and manpower levels.
  • Distribute and close out CSA snags.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel.
  • Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 7 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in scheduling, planning and sequencing.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale CSA projects.
