Project Manager (CSA) Ireland & the Netherlands About the Role: We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager (CSA) to oversee major construction works on high-tech projects across Ireland and the Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a background in delivering civil, structural, and architectural packages on complex construction projects in thedata center, pharmaceuticalor life sciences sectors. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead CSA project delivery from initial planning through to final handover ? Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and procurement activities ? Oversee quality control, safety standards, and compliance with local regulations ? Coordinate with in-house engineering teams, consultants, and external stakeholders ? Ensure alignment of CSA works with MEP and process systems ? Drive risk management and change control throughout the project lifecycle ? Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and site personnel Requirements: ?? 5+ years experience managing CSA works on large-scale construction projects ?? Strong track record in data center, pharmaceuticalsor life sciences environments ?? Deep understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site coordination ?? Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations ?? Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership capabilities ?? Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline ?? Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) a plus ??
