Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A comprehensive understanding of SI137 of Housing Standards for Rented Houses Regulations 2019 and relevant Health & Safety legislation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at report writing and delivering presentations.
  • Effective in planning and organising at both organisational and personal levels, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes.
