Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Accounting professional to join our team in Galway. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting.
About the RoleThis role involves providing analytical, financial reporting and forecasting support for senior management at site and Group level. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when working closely with non-financial teams. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to build and maintain sound business relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide analytical, financial reporting and forecasting support for senior management at site and Group level.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information used in reporting, analysis, and decision-making, by thoroughly evaluating key business metrics and trends.
- Build and maintain sound and reliable business relationships across the organization.
- Act as a resource for non-financial personnel on matters of accounting, finance and analysis.
- Advise on and facilitate the implementation of new processes/systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
- 2-5 years PQE (Industry/Practice).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when working closely with non-financial teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
