Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a key warehouse unit, ensuring smooth and compliant running. As Unit Manager, you will manage a large team, including operations, team leaders, operatives, and drivers.

  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing budgets and policies.
  • Process Improvements: Improve operational efficiencies and performance by monitoring and reporting key customer and operational metrics.
  • Health & Safety: Implement all health and safety processes on site, ensuring legislative compliance through self-auditing.
  • Team Leadership: Drive and motivate teams to achieve best results and ensure 100% accuracy for the customer.
  • Client Management: Oversee all account management activities, including business review meetings and client reviews.

Requirements:

To be considered, candidates must have at least five years' experience in senior operational management roles within the FMCG/logistics warehousing industry.
