Senior Building Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our building services operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our building services department.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building services management and a strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical systems. You will be expected to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of building services equipment.

  • You will oversee regular inspections and assessments of building services to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
  • Your role will involve managing and overseeing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
  • You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards pertaining to building services and facilities maintenance.
  • You will collaborate with other departmental managers to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to business operations.

Preferred candidates will have:

  • A proven experience in building services management, preferably in a similar regulated environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of maintenance staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to building services and facilities maintenance. They will also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
