Pharmacy Leadership Opportunity

McCabes Pharmacy is a leading pharmacy provider in Ireland, offering innovative services and compassionate care to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced retail pharmacy manager to join our team and help drive the success of our business.

  • Drive sales growth and manage the pharmacy budget effectively
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy professionals to achieve outstanding results
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the pharmacy's performance

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months management experience and a strong background in retail pharmacy or retail management.
