We are seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front of counter retail business, leading a sales team, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. They will also ensure excellent retail standards and practices are in place, including category management, merchandising, stock control, and adherence to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all customers receive a professional and efficient experience.
  • To lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing coaching and support to achieve results.
  • To develop and implement effective retail strategies, including promotions and product displays, to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • To manage cash handling, processing, and control, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in retail pharmacy management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to motivate a team, and strong business acumen.
