Pharmacy Store Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven retail pharmacy store manager to join our team in North Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, as well as analyzing sales figures to drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: To manage and lead the day-to-day operations of a busy pharmacy store, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of stock management and cash handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures to optimize store profitability.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of pharmacists and support staff to achieve store objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and meet commercial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience as a Store Manager or People Manager in a Pharmacy setting (preferable).
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
