Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snagging Foreman to lead our large RC Frame project in Belfast.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compile snag lists across multiple trades and coordinate subcontractors to achieve high-quality finishes.
  • Manage and motivate site teams to deliver exceptional results, ensuring that all completed units meet clients' specifications and expectations.
  • Take full control of snag lists and organize labor accordingly.
  • Produce regular reports on job progress and maintain accurate records.
Key Requirements:
  • Trade background preferred, with extensive experience in large RC Frame projects.
  • Able to work independently and use initiative effectively.
  • Strong technical and practical knowledge of the building industry, including excellent team building skills and leadership abilities.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical approach essential for this role.
