As a senior account manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement and expansion for large commercial customers across the EMEA region. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships through high-touch and tech-touch strategies
  • Renewing customer contracts and partnering with sales teams to achieve expansion targets
  • Building trusted advisor relationships at the executive level and consulting with customers on their internal learning strategy
  • Leading customer meetings along the full lifecycle, from kick-off to business reviews and renewals

Key skills required for this role include language fluency in Italian and English, with additional language capabilities in French and/or Spanish preferred. Additionally, 3+ years of B2B customer success experience and a deep understanding of the company's platform and its technology and content are essential.
