Job Overview

Audit Seniors play a pivotal role in our audit team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality audits and supporting client growth.

As an experienced auditor, you will lead on client assignments, manage teams, and develop your skills through continuous learning and mentoring opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete comprehensive audit files and financial statements to a high professional standard within agreed timelines.
  • Draft financial reports according to client requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on accounts preparation and audit procedures.
  • Lead audit assignments and supervise team members during engagements.
  • Identify and report areas of non-compliance with auditing and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review high-quality audit planning documentation and final reports.
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to junior team members' professional development through coaching and feedback.
Requirements:
  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 12 years post-qualification audit experience.
  • Previous experience auditing Irish companies is essential.
  • Strong experience managing audit teams and leading on client assignments.
  • Skilled in presenting to senior stakeholders and producing high-quality reports.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent service under pressure.
  • Confident self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities, with the ability to work independently and lead teams.
