About Our Administrative Support Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to provide administrative support to our HR and Recruitment team. This role is perfect for someone with strong admin skills and an interest in human resources processes to play a vital part in recruitment, onboarding, and employee support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • CV Screening & Shortlisting: Assist with the review of incoming CVs and applications based on defined criteria.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and confirmations.
  • Reference Checks: Manage the reference check process, follow up with referees, and update records.
  • Onboarding Support: Prepare onboarding packs, ensure new starter documentation is completed, and schedule inductions.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and paper-based.
  • Employee Queries: Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries, escalating where necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment and HR team, including email correspondence, filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills further.
