
Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled part-time office administrator to support the daily operations of our busy office in Cork, Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:- Overall coordination and supervision of all administrative activities to ensure seamless office functions;
- Maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and first aid kit for workplace safety;
- Reception duties, including greeting visitors, distributing mail, and arranging parcel collections for efficient logistics;
- Responding to incoming calls, booking staff travel, and managing IT equipment and consumables to maintain optimal systems performance;
- Providing administrative support to senior management with ad hoc tasks, such as meeting preparation and presentation development;
- Supporting finance with invoice processing, expenses, and credit card management for financial accuracy;
- Relevant administration experience in a professional setting;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Database and data management expertise for accurate record-keeping;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for productivity;
- Ability to set up and manage action lists, programmes, notes of meetings, and other administrative tools for efficiency;
- Clean driving license and right to work in the EU/Ireland for flexibility;
