Main Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

  • Develop expert-level knowledge of our Data Platform.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Platform Mastery:

  • Guide partners in building architectures that effectively support diverse use cases.
  • Provide best practices and tailored recommendations.

Optimization & Rightsizing:

  • Analyze partner deployments and identify opportunities for optimization and rightsizing.
  • Recommend optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.

Partner Enablement & Integration:

  • Assist partners in integrating our services into their infrastructure and workflows.
  • Provide guidance on APIs, SDKs, and best practices.

Documentation & Best Practices:

  • Contribute to technical documentation and best practices guides.
