Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our front office team. As a Reservations Coordinator, you will be responsible for selling rooms, taking restaurant reservations, confirming reservations, and loading reservations onto our in-house system and hotel website.

You will also be responsible for reconciling cash and lodgements, checking guests in and out, and welcoming and looking after guest needs. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and experience in sales, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling rooms and taking restaurant reservations
  • Loading reservations onto iHotelligence and hotel website
  • Reconciling cash and lodgements
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Welcome and look after guest needs
  • Loading rates and packages onto online booking systems
  • Managing online sales
Requirements:
  • An outgoing and friendly personality with a willingness to help people
  • At least two years' experience in sales
  • Proficient in selling rooms using a hotel reservation system
  • Computer literate with fast typing speeds
  • Experience working with hotel booking systems and online reservations systems
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • A full driving license to drive company golf buggy
