  • Confirm bookings and load reservations onto our in-house system">
  • Reconcile cash and lodgements, and manage online sales">
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests">
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to achieve business objectives">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in sales or a related field">
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills">
  • Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems and software">
  • A full driving license to operate our company golf buggy">
