  • Support HR initiatives across all business units
  • Implement HR policies to create a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives

This role involves working 3 days onsite in Dublin, offering a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR business partner support to assigned business clients
  2. Contribute to global human resource initiatives
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for employees addressing HR-related inquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience or equivalent education
  • Proficiency in HR business systems and MS Office applications

Preferred Skills:

  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
