About the Role: This permanent position is based in Dublin and offers an attractive package. As a key member of our operations division, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including industrial relations, recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industrial Relations (IR): You will provide expert advice and guidance on IR matters, ensuring that our organization maintains positive relationships with employees and unions.
  • Recruitment: Your primary focus will be on sourcing and attracting top talent, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Training: You will design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business growth and success.
  • Employee Relations: Your role will involve maintaining excellent relationships with employees, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: You will ensure that our organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations, minimizing risk and protecting our reputation.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in HR, preferably with a degree in Human Resources or a related field. A minimum of four years' experience in a Generalist role is essential, along with expertise in industrial relations, disciplinary & grievances matters, and Union environments. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft products. A valid driver's license is also required, as travel throughout Ireland is necessary.
