We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to join our client's team in Cork. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • You will play a pivotal role in managing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and quality standards.
  • Oversight of all building services including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical systems.
  • Collaboration with other departmental managers to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to healthcare operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building services management, preferably in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
