Web Presence Strategist

Our company seeks a seasoned Web Presence Strategist to elevate its web presence end-to-end. This role will transform our site into a high-performing, technically sound, and conversion-focused machine that drives traffic, leads, and impact at scale.

The Role

As a Web Presence Strategist, you will own and elevate our web presence across strategy, SEO, technical excellence, and growth. You will support our website strategy and roadmap, partner with web developers and marketing stakeholders to translate business goals into a prioritized backlog for delivery, and drive conversion rate optimization to maximize lead capture across our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a best-in-class technical SEO strategy to ensure all pages are indexed, optimized, and ranking on the first page for high-value keywords.
  • Translate business objectives and search trends into a data-backed SEO content roadmap and partner with the content team to create and optimize content that attracts, engages, and converts our audience at scale.
  • Monitor and improve performance across core web vitals like site speed, LCP, INP, and CLS, ensuring best-in-class benchmarks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in web marketing, SEO, and site optimization.
  • A proven track record of building high-performing websites that drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, web vitals, and site performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, Posthog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate business goals into technical and content roadmaps.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with developers, marketers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends, especially in search and AI.
