Director of Digital Strategy
to shape and elevate our digital output across social, content, and performance channels.
This is a pivotal leadership role within one of the world's most progressive, creatively-driven agencies.
We're looking for a digital-first strategist who thrives at the intersection of culture, media, and innovation, capable of leading bold ideas into equally bold digital execution.
What You'll Do
Set the Strategic Direction
Lead the development of digital-first strategies for major clients and new business pitches.
Champion platform-native creativity that's culturally relevant and context-aware.
Define the right channel mix across the consumer journey, from awareness to conversion to advocacy.
Raise the standard for digital thinking across social, performance, and content.
Lead & Inspire
Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of digital specialists.
Set strategic priorities that balance creativity, effectiveness, and measurability.
Foster deep collaboration across creative, planning, and digital functions.
Promote a test-and-learn culture, driving innovation and best practices.
Bridge Creative & Media
Translate creative ambition into actionable strategies that connect the right message to the right medium at the right moment.
Ensure strategy stays connected to outcomes, from brief to execution.
Champion measurement frameworks that demonstrate real business impact.
Drive Growth
Embed optimisation and data-driven decision-making into all outputs.
Guide clients on evaluating effectiveness across channels and journey stages.
Build strong client relationships and support new business growth.
Drive capability building in digital strategy, measurement, and performance across the team and agency.
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in digital strategy, ideally within creative or integrated agencies.
Deep expertise across social, performance marketing, and content strategy.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and client teams.
Platform fluency across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
Bonus points for experience in connections planning, influencer strategy, or digital experience mapping.
