About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client's team in Dublin City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and experience leading teams on large-scale projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of new build commercial projects, ensuring smooth completion and coordination with the design team. They will also be responsible for monitoring and managing project budgets, as well as directing and managing personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules and update the programme when necessary.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Report to and support the Contracts Director and Construction Director, ensuring smooth completion of projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer in Ireland.
  • Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €20M from inception to completion.
