Chief Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in injection moulding and a proven track record of process optimization.
About the RoleThe Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, developing new products, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and develop standard specifications.
- Coordinate documentation development and review to ensure conformance to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and business development.
- Apply statistical techniques to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a National Diploma in Plastics Engineering (preferably a Degree) and at least 4-5 years' experience in injection moulding.
- Excellent knowledge of Injection Mold tooling and design.
- Strong understanding of Injection Moulding, Processing, Ancillary equipment, and automation systems.
- Experience in the Medical, Packaging, or technological industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with Real time monitoring systems is an asset.
