Job Summary

The primary focus of this role is to ensure technical oversight for all on-lease assets.

  • Achieve optimal performance from the asset portfolio through effective maintenance and management.
  • Maintain relationships with internal departments, including Transaction Structuring, Origination, Risk, and Customer Management, to support technical activities associated with on-lease aircraft.
  • Coordinate external stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to drive long-term business growth.
  • Develop and implement processes and systems utilized in the Technical team to ensure high-quality output.
  • Conduct lease reviews as required to inform technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams to deliver operational objectives. Develop and maintain analytical reports to support strategic decision-making. Provide technical knowledge support across the organization. Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvements. Lead on-lease inspection programs and coordinate external stakeholder engagement. Assist trading activity by performing due diligence queries and specification reviews. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
