Learning and Development Professional
Location: Liverpool City Centre(Fully office-based)
Department: Training & Development
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to design and deliver high-quality training programmes that support business goals and employee growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training design, delivery, and programme management, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • You will be responsible for designing and rolling out a comprehensive training strategy, delivering engaging training sessions, and using a mix of delivery methods to reach all learners effectively.

  • Additionally, you will partner with managers and leadership to ensure training is relevant, impactful, and future-focused, track and report on training performance, and stay up-to-date with new learning trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar L&D role, preferably in training design, delivery, and programme management.

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects at once, with excellent communication and presentation skills to inspire and engage all levels.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be a plus, but not essential.

  • Degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred, but not essential. Training or instructional design certifications are a bonus.
