Production Operations Leader

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Production Operations Leader to drive operational excellence in a manufacturing setting. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engineers and technicians, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and oversee the effective management of facilities and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technicians, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through strategic initiatives, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and technology transfers, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership positions.
  • Proven track record in leading teams, improving processes, and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and project management skills.
  • Experience with SAP, MES, or advanced manufacturing technologies is highly valued.
