Job Title: Operations Manager 15h LeftAbout the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and optimize our expanding manufacturing, facilities, and supply chain functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality, compliance, efficiency, and scalability as the company transitions from development to commercial stage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading manufacturing operations, including planning and managing day-to-day manufacturing activities, both in-house and with contract manufacturing partners. They will also oversee facility modifications to meet evolving operational needs, serve as a point of contact for contractors and facility service providers, and manage facility maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Engineering, Life Sciences, or higher qualification in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in operations within the medical device or similarly regulated industry.
