We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Manager to drive business growth and excellence in a dynamic water treatment solutions company.
This senior role oversees production processes, quality control, and team management. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing procedures, implementing standard operating protocols, and leading lean initiatives.
- Develop and improve electro-mechanical assembly processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and safe production practices.
- Lead and mentor production teams while fostering accountability and continuous development.
- Design and oversee production schedules and staffing plans to meet delivery and quality targets.
- Implement lean manufacturing strategies to reduce waste and improve workflow.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure smooth production and delivery.
- Oversee equipment, inventory, and material planning to support production needs.
- Identify and execute opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure manufacturing operations adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards.
As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in scaling up operations, including facility layout planning and recruitment of mechanical and electrical assembly teams.
