We are seeking a key individual to oversee our manufacturing operations.

This is a senior leadership role that requires the ability to design and optimize production processes, implement standard operating procedures, and lead cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with lean manufacturing and 5S principles.

  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures to meet quality and delivery targets.
  • Lead and mentor production teams to ensure accountability and ongoing development.
  • Establish and maintain production schedules and staffing plans to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive smooth production and delivery.
  • Oversee equipment, inventory, and material planning to support production needs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Level 7 degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in electro-mechanical or custom-built industrial equipment environments.
  • Solid practical experience applying lean principles and 5S methodology.
  • Background in metal fabrication is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
