Senior Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team and drive operational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our organization and contribute to the success of our production operations.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality products and meet delivery targets.
- Manage and mentor production teams, promoting accountability and ongoing development to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and oversee production schedules and staffing plans to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure seamless production and delivery.
- Oversee equipment, inventory, and material planning to support production needs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in electro-mechanical or custom-built industrial equipment environments.
- Solid practical experience applying lean principles and 5S methodology.
- Background in metal fabrication is advantageous.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Systems Proficiency: Experienced with production planning and resource management tools.
