About the Role
We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team of talented engineers building next-generation development applications for PDI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building software that thrills customers, a strong understanding of agile development practices, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and building our market-leading software products. This will involve working as a key part of an agile team to design, build, test, and support PDI's enterprise software solutions. Additionally, the candidate will review, recommend, and implement system enhancements to improve the quality, performance, and maintainability of our products.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 9+ years' experience designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in a software product development environment. Proficiency with the Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and the use of Azure DevOps or Jira is also essential. Experience serving as a technical team lead and practical experience with Agile development methodologies are highly desirable.
