Job Title: Technical Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead our technical operations team in Icds Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our testing systems and sub-assemblies.
In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of new test procedures, equipment, and products, as well as managing the team of engineers and technicians who carry out these tasks.
You will work closely with our quality control team to ensure that all testing procedures and protocols are followed, and that any issues or defects are identified and addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the technical operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our testing systems and sub-assemblies.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of new test procedures, equipment, and products.
- Managing a team of engineers and technicians.
- Working closely with the quality control team to ensure compliance with testing procedures and protocols.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or defects promptly.
- Third-level qualification, i.e., Engineering Degree/Diploma/QQI Level 6 Certificate in Engineering.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
- A proven track record of leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
