Banking and Finance Lawyer

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performing legal team on top-tier financial transactions spanning fund finance, real estate, corporate lending, and restructuring.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' post-qualification experience as a Banking and Finance Associate, trained and qualified at a leading law firm in Dublin or another key jurisdiction. The candidate will also have proven ability to handle complex transactions with strong drafting and analytical skills.

• Fund Finance Facilities:
• Advise on direct lending by private credit funds
• Act on leveraged acquisition financing transactions
• Support real estate investment and development finance deals

• Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce strategies for standstills and restructurings

The successful candidate will be an experienced Banking and Finance lawyer looking for the next challenging role within a dynamic legal environment.
