Job Title

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years' post-qualification experience as a Banking and Finance Associate
  • Qualified at a leading law firm in Dublin or another key jurisdiction
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions with strong drafting and analytical skills
