Job Title: Senior Planning and Environmental Law Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled lawyer to lead the development of our Environment & Planning practice.

About this Job:
  • Play a key role in shaping a cross-border Planning & Environmental Law team, advising clients on regulatory consents, planning strategy, environmental law, and litigation risk.

The Role:
  • Deliver commercially driven, solutions-focused advice to private and public sector clients, managing judicial review and regulatory enforcement processes.
  • Supervise junior solicitors and contribute to thought leadership in planning and environmental law, driving business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape the firm's strategic vision, leveraging expertise and experience to deliver exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 5–7+ years' PQE in planning, environmental or consenting law, with experience advising on large-scale infrastructure, energy or real estate developments.
  • Strategic thinker with a clear vision for growing a legal practice, comfortable managing team members and building client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, commercially minded, and ready for a leadership opportunity, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
