Clinical Nurse Manager Job Opportunity in Dublin North

Are you a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a Clinical Nurse Manager in a well-established nursing home in Dublin North.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents. Ensuring all set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded is crucial. This includes leading and managing an enthusiastic team and ensuring the development of policies, programmes, and evidence-based practice consistent with HIQA standards and standard policies within the nursing home.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing
  • 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment
  • Significant management experience
  • Excellent people skills
  • Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Computer Skills
