**Job Title:** Nursing Home Manager Dublin North
**Overview:** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Nursing Home Manager to join our team in Dublin North. As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
**Responsibilities:
- Ensure all set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded.
- Lead and manage an enthusiastic team of healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement policies, programs, and evidence-based practice consistent with standards (HIQA) and standard policies within the nursing home.
**Requirements:
- Experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing.
- 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment.
- Significant management experience.
- Excellent people skills.
- Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
- Computer Skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory: 3 years.
- Nurse Management: 1 year.
**Key Skills:
- Supervising Nurses.
- HIQA.
- Rostering.
- Clinical Nurse Manager.
