Dublin North Nursing Home Senior Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team in a well-established State of the Art Nursing Home in Dublin North. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality nursing care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, with experience in leading teams and developing policies and procedures. They will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and families. They will also have a thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations, as well as computer skills.
