We are seeking an experienced Pension Consultant to join our team at 360 Search. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pensions and employee benefits, with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring effective governance structures and compliance across the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement retirement and member engagement programs.
  • Lead a multi-disciplined team in delivering services to clients.
  • Handle client queries, including those from companies, trustees, scheme members, and other contacts.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with client/portfolio management experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of relevant Pensions legislation and regulatory environment.
  • Hold QFA or IIPM qualifications and a full driving license.
