Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP specialist to fill a key role in our ICT department. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining various SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • SAP Configuration and Maintenance: Perform hands-on configuration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Business Process Support: Update workflows, business rules, data models, and configuration settings to support changing business needs.
  • Payroll Configuration: Configure payroll-related settings in Employee Central Payroll, including wage types, schemas, and payroll rules.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, collaborating with SuccessFactors support as needed.
  • Testing and Release Management: Assist with testing, data validation, and release management during system updates.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Document configuration changes, engage with change approval processes, and maintain system configuration logs.
Liaison and Collaboration
  • This role requires close working relationships with other teams, including Cyber Security, Data Protection, Project Managers, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with the greater ICT team to support ongoing system enhancements and improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Computer Science Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors ECP, EC, and/or Learning.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of ECP data models, workflows, and business rules; experience with payroll configuration desirable.
  • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certifications in at least one of the following: ECP, EC, or Learning.
