  1. Performing calibrations on temperature, humidity, pressure, weight, flow, speed, conductivity, pH, and viscosity instrumentation.
  2. Investigating and diagnosing instrumentation faults.
  3. Maintaining calibration records and reporting non-conformances or deviations.
  4. Ensuring the use of valid calibration standards.
  5. Staying up-to-date with relevant site training requirements.

Requirements:

  • A time-served Electrical & Instrumentation apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in calibration activities within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven problem-solving skills associated with instrumentation/measurement devices.
  • Experience in CMMS systems for recording calibration records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
