We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Therapist / Behaviour Analyst to join our team, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Job Description

As a Behaviour Therapist / Behaviour Analyst, you will support individuals with complex needs across all life stages and implement leisure, health, and vocational/community programmes.

Responsibilities:
  1. You will require an energetic and experienced professional who can manage behaviours of concern while promoting skills development.
  2. Facilitate social inclusion programmes to help individuals achieve their personal goals.
  3. Uphold a neuro-affirmative ethos in all aspects of work.
What We Are Looking For:
  1. Previous experience as a Behaviour Therapist, ABA Therapist, Behaviour Analyst, Behavioural Therapist or in a similar role.
  2. Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, ideally over the age of 12.
  3. A background working in family home, day service and community settings.
  4. Degree in Psychology, Social Care, Nursing, or a related field.
  5. Holding a BCBA certification and Masters level qualification in ABA.
  6. A full EU driving licence.
