Job Title: Health & Safety Professional

Description:

  • Overseeing and maintaining the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), including its systems, procedures, and documentation.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining IMS to ensure compliance with external third-party accreditation requirements.
  • Training staff on the effective use of the system.
  • Maintaining a high level of health and safety performance on construction sites through regular monitoring and audits.
  • Investigating incidents and ensuring compliance across all construction sites and head office.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role with a main contractor.
  • Degree-level qualification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of construction practices, trades, and techniques.
  • Ability to influence at various levels and meet deadlines effectively.
